About
Showing Day is built to help buyer agents search, document, schedule, compare, and move toward the right deal with explainable support and an AI-native workflow.
Showing Day
Showing Day is designed to help agents turn buyer conversations into structured guidance, plan stronger tours, learn from showings, and move buyers toward the right decision with AI as a native layer inside the workflow.
Legal
Showing Day is licensed for use by authorized agents, teams, and brokerages under the product terms, trial terms, or service agreement that governs the account using the software. Use of MLS, brokerage, marketplace, or third-party listing data must also comply with the rules and licenses attached to those sources.
The product is decision support software. It does not replace brokerage supervision, legal review, fair-housing obligations, MLS rule compliance, fiduciary duties, or transaction-specific professional judgment. Agents remain responsible for verifying listing information, showing availability, disclosures, contract terms, and local-market requirements.
Any ranking, market read, competition estimate, or AI-generated guidance is informational only. It should be reviewed by the agent before being relied upon in a client recommendation, marketing communication, negotiation position, or transactional decision.
Data
Agents own the buyer, property, note, showing, and workflow data they enter into Showing Day. The system may process that data to provide search, route planning, AI guidance, workflow automation, and product-improvement capabilities.
Showing Day may use de-identified, aggregated, or market-level information derived from workspace activity to improve the product, train heuristics, and publish broader market insights. The product should not expose private buyer identity or brokerage-sensitive details in those broader outputs.
AI memory may store durable instructions such as brokerage policies, marketplace rules, and agent preferences so the assistant can behave consistently across sessions. Recent chat and action history may also be retained in a limited working-memory layer to improve current responses and future automation.
Upload properties
Upload a CSV to add new homes or refresh records already stored in the workspace.
Create showing
Search checks the workspace first, then uses address lookup when possible before falling back to manual entry.
Capture buyer
Guide the client from snapshot to tradeoffs, then save a structured profile for later scoring and planning.
Sync account
Saving a showing plan to the backend lets you open the same day plan later from the mobile companion.
Agent profile
Keep your demo identity, contact details, and mobile handoff polished for live walk-throughs.
